This is kind of strange, the prologue is about their high-school relationship, but the story itself take place when Tony is 21 (I think, I'm not sure yet) and Loki is 19. In this Tony is an avenger, as are all the other avengers, just younger and Loki is Tony's high-school sweetheart who left after he found he was adopted. he is now a con-artist/assassin.
