"I will take that precious gem of yours…and I will not hesitate to kill you, King under the Mountain, for I am a hunter of the most exquisite treasure!"

After having watched Hobbit 3, I refuse to let Kili be dead and this is the only way I could "keep him alive." Aidan's amazing and nuanced portrayal of the endearingly sweet but cheeky Kili made me completely fall in love with him (not to mention he is the most beautiful human on the planet!) and I thought Their relationship was totally sweet! They MUST have a happy ending!
