![]() Author has written 1 story for Labyrinth. I like these things: Fantasy When I list it all out like that, it's apparent that I'm a huge nerd and an adrenaline junkie. My husband is the same way, except he doesn't really like fantasy or video games. He likes doing calculus for fun. What is that about? Rehabilitation 2/7/13 It's party time. I do hope someone besides me is excited to see what Sarah's got to deal with now. Because things are going to start getting a lot more intricate, with new characters, old characters, etc, I am transferring my work into an organization program. I'll be updating each chapter with the resulting organized files, no words will be changed (though some typos will be fixed). If you notice anything amiss, please let me know. 10/4/12 I hate it when people start stories and never finish them, and I was doing it. How lame! I kept getting new ideas in the shower, and then I'd never write about them. Rehab is now continued. Per the A/N in Chapter 7, I removed the Gaelic from this story, so I could focus more on the space aspect of it. I have an idea for a one-off that uses the Gaelic ideas I had. I am sorry if this disappoints anybody. :( 9/13/11 I just brought up some science thingies in Chapter 6, and I couldn't post links in the story, so here are the Wiki pages for them: Looking through these links does not take away from the story at all - they seriously don't really know what's up in there. I hope that making a real-life connection is a good thing, I always like it when I'm reading. 4/27/11 When I first had the idea 'Hey, FairWave, maybe you should try writing a Labyrinth fanfiction!', I was so intimidated by the impressive stories on this site that I didn't even consider giving it a shot. I was concerned with maybe being awful, and I also wanted to come up with something that hadn't been done before - a twist on the inevitable S/J relationship. I put it off for a year or so, but I finally caved when I came up with an idea that could work - I used to drink a lot, but I quit, and the entire change in my life that came of quitting was really profound. And really, why not write about something I know so well? Also, I love space. So it's just all coming together. |
