Name's Raissa. I'm 17, live in New England, and I'm obsessed with philosophy (hence the Voltaire in my name). I'm bisexual and currently single. Woot.

My obsessions are Les Mis, Greek mythology, and religion. I'm nondenominational Christian, but I'm not too strict of one, I just enjoy studying religion and the philosophy behind it. My current favorite book is The Da Vinci Code - go read it, now!

I'm also something of a slash fanatic...I love the possibility of love and romance between those of the same sex, just because it's so against traditional Christian values. Call me crazy, but hey...*shrug*

I'm studying French, Latin, and Italian...and can say "I think, therefore I am," in all three. *smug grin* I'm also something of a kid at heart - I LOVE Disney movies - and I sing and play the viola.
