My current fandoms include Vampire Diaries,Hunger Games,Divergent,Skins.Others may vary,according to what movies or tv shows I've watched. Because of Harry Potter I started reading fanfiction,but I'm not so fond of the series anymore.I also have very strong opinion when it comes to pairing and otps ;d

I judge by my own criteria because..simply because I've read a lot of fanfiction,I know what I'm looking for and I'm strongly convinced some misplaced word could easily "ruin the mood"..But I don't feel obligated to comment everything I read if I have nothing to tell you.Most likely,I would drop you a line if I find your piece extraordinary or I find it offensively awful..or when the author has made me wait for him/her an eternity to post one damn chapter and I'm too mad to write anything in response.. I don't have the time for commenting,but every favorited fanfiction is loved and I most likely will return to it.

The things I love: jelly,dogs,Damon/Elena,coffee with lots of cream(very early in the morning :D),Arya/Gendry,wood,O'Henry,biology,Oliver/Felicity,the smell of the new books,dark chocolate,gold fishes(I have two),Stiles/Lydia,the sound of fire,quirky mugs,long earrings,well-balanced meal,Peeta/Katniss,summer,swimming,Salinger,poetry,Mini/Alo,almonds,my music,Alex&Sierra,flakes of snow,shipping,making people smile,a new show,fanfiction.the writing itself.

The things I despise: Buffy(the show,the characters,the shipping wars,the actress..it's a long story),the ridiculous idea about Hermione/anyone-who-isn't-Ron,liquorish,every non-canon fanfiction (I don't see any point in writing let along posting such thing..except some insanely good AUs,but it's pretty rare to be able to build canon characters within a non-canon environment,so I only read them from approved authors ;d),sitcoms,fruit gums,pineapples,people,desperately seeking for attention,too long and too short chapters(it's awfully annoying not to be able to determine "the right length",but it's a gift so..),the concept of God,which american tv shows want to impose(the stupid,simple and sheepish guy who "hear voices" only to be rescued by the good scientist who diagnose him with tumor on the second minute). also unnecessary rudeness and lack of tactfulness.

I actually believe there's such thing as "too good fanfiction". Sometimes I come across fanfictions which are so deep,so..non-fanfictionary,that I start to thing "why these people waste their talent on things like this..they should be writing books by now!" So if you're writing a continuation of a book(which tries to be as entertaining and exciting as the original,not concentrating on couples or others fanfictionary stuff like cuteness,etc) or a entire book re-write from someone else's POV..don't ;d Go out there,make something of yourself..it could take time but you'd be out of your comfort zone and developing in the real world. (: Fanfiction is for practice but it can't and it shouldn't be a substitute for your original ideas. That's why I like one-shots best(other than waiting an eternity for a not-that-good chapter) - it says,I like cuteness/angst/etc,I decided to write about it now,inspired from my favourite book/show/movie/etc, but then I'll return to my main project.For me,that what fanfiction is for.Not that I don't read WIPs,but..one-shots hold my heart ;d
