![]() Author has written 6 stories for Mass Effect, Supernatural, Avengers, and Teen Wolf. Hello everyone! I'm MLGumm. I'm an eighteen year old student in California, who has recently graduated from high school. I read constantly, watch too much BBC, and play all sorts of videogames. My six main fandoms at the moment are Dr. Who, Sherlock, the Dresden Files, and Mass Effect, the Avengers, and Supernatural. I hope to someday write professionally. I am currently writing an original novel, but at the rate it's going it's going to be another couple of years before it's finished. So far I've written 3 fanfics, one of which is in progress. My first one was for the Mass Effect community. It's based off of this overheard conversation between a turian C-Sec Officer and a young refugee who's likely an orphan, but seems to be in denial about it. Friendship and Family are the genres I've labeled it under, because while many others fit, none so perfectly describe what the story is at it's heart: a tale of unlikely friendship set in the only time and place it could happen. The second is a WIP about the early years in the life of Bobby Singer as he slowly grows into the gruff, sweet man we all love. It's a Dramatic Adventure story with lots of angst and personal growth and fighting monsters, both literal and metaphorical. Updates will likely be sporadic at best, but I plan to finish it eventually. My third fic is actually a 1.5 K one-shot Romantic Comedy, in which Steve and Tony are in unrequitted love with each other, Natasha is... Natasha, and Clint is doing ungodly things to Bruce that leave him a bit less angry than normal. And Thor's somewhere being awesome, I suppose, but it never really comes up. I might decide to expand it later, but probably not. |
