General Disclaimer
By Tanya J. Marshall (a.k.a. Noitfice)

My writing is my own. Some of my ideals may seem to be from somewhere else, but many of them were coincidence. Oddly enough, it is a coincidence that you of all people are going to read this piece of my work. Sure you may think that it’s not, but let me ask you this: Why are you going to read it? Is it because you heard about it from a friend? Or was it just a random choice from the list? Or was it because of its title? Is it a coincidence now? Or is it something more? You can’t judge a book by its cover because nothing is what it seems, not even me.
Rhetorical question: Am I a great writer because of this disclaimer? Or am I a bad writer because this is only the disclaimer?

Fanfiction.net Disclaimer
By Tanya J. Marshall

My stories will contain characters, settings, things, and quite possible events that I myself did not create or in any way own and I hope that I have not violated any law anywhere by having these things as parts of my stories. To those who would kindly review my stories, I would like to know how well I portrayed my characters (chars for short), described any other particular thing, chosen for the style of my writing (paragraph vs. dialect, etc.), and any other advice/tips that you think I can benefit from. I would also like to know if I have portrayed everything that I do not own correctly unless I am intentionally trying to portray as such.

Theoretical Disclaimer (Imaginary Condition)
By Noitfice (a.k.a. Tanya J. Marshall)

For my fictions and most anything, I theorize (or imagine) that everything is or can be connected to something else. Thus equaling, my goal is to find, organize, arrange, and merge all aspects of life a.k.a. the cosmos. I can do this easily within my stories by simple, obvious relationships and by a vague, facade method that I like to call “not telling you because it might sway your opinion on the story that you have read and besides it is irrelevant to the story at this point in time even though such relationship might not exist because my writing style make things very suspicious, unnerving and may cause paranoia despite the fact that I myself may or may not have felt the same way about it”.
