![]() Author has written 1 story for Pokémon. Hey everyone! I like reading stories about Pokémon and other things I take interest in but mostly Pokémon. There are many great stories about OC's and adventure and stuff but I do like love stories too. However, if it is a love story I like it to be enjoyable. If it's a love story about the anime, please keep the characters with their normal personalities. Also if there aren't any Pokémon involved deeply in that story, is it really a Pokémon story? But here are some opinions on some widely known shippings. PokeShipping: Don't enjoy it at all. I think it's way too over rated and the only reason it has so many supporters is because Misty was in 5 seasons. Misty is constantly getting in fights with Ash. She's stubborn, easily gets jealous, and has anger management problems. I just don't like the idea of her going with Ash. AdvancedShipping: I'm ok with this. It's not the first I'd go with but Ash and May are similar. They have fiery, determined personalities and like to eat a lot. Overall, I have no problems with this. PearlShipping: This is what I mainly support. Ash and Dawn are always so supportive of each other. Dawn cheers him on in all his gym battles while Ash cheers for her in all her contests(something Ash never did for May). They also make each other feel better. For example after Dawn lost a second contest in a row Ash helped her get her confidence back and when Ash lost to Paul, Dawn put on a show for him. NegaiShipping: Yea... This is a weird one. I necessarily don't have anything against Iris but the whole idea of Ash and her together is just awkward. LuckyShipping: I definitely enjoy this one. I love how during the entire first arc, Blue(the girl), is flirting with Red. Also during the FRLG arc, Red cared a lot for Blue. Chessshipping: I honestly don't know anything about the characters other than from what the manga tells but they seem to get along well enough and they do look good together. FranticShipping: I loved this. Especially when Ruby and Sapphire came out and admitted their feelings for one another. It was so cute! PenguinShipping: Don't like this one either. Kenny is really immature and acts like a five year old. He only manages to grow up at the end of the DP saga and it was kind of late by then. Dawn seems to like him enough but only as a childhood friend seeing as how she rejected his offer of traveling with him. IkariShipping: Paul was cold to everyone during almost the entire region. He was cruel to Pokemon and trainers alike. Dawn was a cheery girl who became friends with almost everyone she met. She raises her Pokemon with care. Only thing going for these two? Opposites attract. These two are humans, people, not magnets. ContestShipping: This one is a hard one. I'm not sure if either likes each other really. May just sees him as a rival to beat down while Drew is constantly better than her and mocking her. Maybe there's some love going on but really, I can't see it. And those are my thoughts on some of the main ones I know of |
