This is a story about Mikoto and Reishi's highschool days. Both of them are polar opposites, Reishi being the student council president at their school and Mikoto, a delinquent. They have never been classmates until they were in their third year. They develop a relationship in the process and meet in the student council room when everybody goes home. Their relationship is a secret.
