Author has written 1 story for Hamilton. Hey guys, welcome to my profile! I mainly want to use this to keep people updated on my story progress, let readers know I'm alive and all, so here it is: Chance Encounter Firstly, so sorry I haven't updated in months! I realize how frustrating that can be, but rest assured I have not forgotten about this story. I wrote a rough draft of the next chapter, but even as I was writing it I could tell that I was getting tired and not putting all of the effort I needed to be putting in the chapter to make it good. I felt rushed to wrap it up and knew that it was total crap, so I elected to just leave it be and come back to it another time when I was more focused. Since then I have sat down and drafted an outline to some great detail of how I want the next three to four chapters to go, and just doing that made me feel ten times better about going back to rewrite chapter four. So, hopefully with that in hand I'll get a chance to sit down and write it out the way it deserves to be written soon! A Final Note for the Readers As is the case with many writers on this site, I have a difficult time keeping up any sort of regular writing schedule for my fanfictions. I greatly apologize for this, but at the same time I have absolutely zero intention of ever dropping any story I publish on here. The whole point of me being here and sharing my stories is to give me some sort of motivation to encourage myself to actually write a full story, to see my random, fun imaginings come to fruition. If I have a half-baked idea that I doubt I'll ever get to the end of, then I won't bother to write it out because that wouldn't be fair to myself, to the story, and most importantly to the readers. It is my goal to put out the best I can come up with, and it would break my heart and my personal expectations for myself if I ever left you guys with a fanfiction that will never see its ending. It may take me a long time for each story, but I hope that I can hold onto that goal for as long as I publish fanfictions on this site. And with that I wish you all happy readings! |
