Author has written 27 stories for Buffy: The Vampire Slayer, Stargate: SG-1, and Doctor Who. Hey :) Name's Lauren... I'm a graphic design major, so... artist - whether it's drawing, making livejournal icons, headers, wallpapers (and other graphics projects), making B/A or Doctor/Rose music vids, or writing... I of course love Buffy, Doctor Who and love to write fanfiction. I spend a lot of my time playing Sims 2, Sim City 4, or the classic NES, SNES or SEGA games. Those of you who play Sims 2 know just how addicting it can get. I almost always play using a Buffy character. I have a billion different Buffy families. My main ships for Buffy are Buffy/Angel, Willow/Oz, Xander/Cordy, Xander/Anya, Giles/Jenny, Spike/Dru, and secretly love Buffy/Owen. lol They were cute. For Doctor Who it's obviously Ten/Rose. I like Nine/Rose also, but Rose wasn't fully aware of her love for the Doctor till the tenth. Plus ten has the pretty boy factor. He's my fave doctor.. tied with the 4th Doctor which makes a lot of sense; because Tom Baker is the one David Tennant grew up watching (and his fave doctor), so it would be only natural for some of Baker's Doctor to rub off on his interpretation. Next comes Ninth and 5th - who by the way, I see similarities in those two also. The main similarity I noticed is how they handled destroying the Daleksi in the classic ep, "Resurrection of the Daleks" and Ninth's "Parting of the Ways". Of course 4th Doctor had the same problem, only it was a bit different. With 4th Doctor the issue was, did he have the right to destroy a race before it even begun. Helped that no other affected unless you count all the peace treaties formed because of the Daleks. Anyway, 5th and 9th similarity... In RotD the 5th Doctor had the chance to kill them off (I think with a pill or something), but he was too scared to. Then in PotW, 9th Doctor had the option of using a delta wave to kill the Daleks, but he didn't have time to refine it and it would kill everyone on Earth also, so again, he chose to be a coward.
