Gabriella es una de las pocas humanas de origen extranjero que sigue viviendo en Japón. Odia a los Ghouls,por supuesto, pero los respeta de igual manera. Ocurre una desgracia en su vida que la hace encontrarse con Kaneki,pero Kaneki ya no es aquel dulce chaval de antes. Y tal vez, ningún humano este a salvo a su lado nunca más.
