A new collection of separate one shots inspired by season 6, mostly based around Killian Jones/Captain Hook but with plenty of appearances from the rest of the characters. Missing scenes to short stories. Chapter 5: The Blue Fairy has something to tell Hook that will destroy everything he's ever known. Set after 6x09

In which Princess Emma does a reverse Cinderella and meets a Captain in a tavern instead of a Prince at a ball. It should have been a one time thing but fate had other plans. This is a non-curse Enchanted Forest AU, with some missed opportunities and enemies to lovers thrown in for fun.

Cursed!Killian AU: Emma Swan has more than enough to deal with. For one, her son believes the entire town of Storybrooke is cursed. She definitely doesn't have time for the mysterious pawnbroker, Killian Jones, even if Henry insists that he's the prince she's meant to be with.

On the trail after Gold, Emma and Killian are tracking through the woods when they come across something they never expected. Magic is one thing, this is something completely different. Basically an excuse to whump Killian based on a prompt from NothingImpossible. Don't look for a plot, there really isn't one.

Henry confronts Killian about secretly harboring the shears, which leads to Killian confessing to Emma and a heart-to-heart. Killian also reveals his connection to Captain Nemo to Emma.

Henry struggles to adjust to life now that Killian has moved in with him and Emma. When the Evil Queen uncovers Killian's secret about the shears of destiny, Henry doesn't know what to think. Is the Evil Queen right? Is Killian just playing them all? Henry confronts him at the docks, determined to get to the truth. Can they find a way to save the Savior?

He knows what he promised her. And he still has every intention of following through. But the details on that plan may have gotten improved upon a little bit. Canon compliant missing scene. SPOILERS for 6x05

A little moment set in a time after Emma reveals her secret to Killian.

Killian knows Emma is still keeping something from him, but tells her she can tell him in her own time. When that time comes, they have an emotional heart-to-heart. (Picks up after the season 6 premiere.)

A series of Captain Swan kiss prompts, mostly T rated, but a few veer into M territory so I will rate the series as such. Unless otherwise stated, consider these mostly future fics.

He looks around as he sits, trying to figure out where he is. He's in a cell of some kind, that much is abundantly clear. They all look the same in his experience - small, empty, bars across one side, though the actual details vary from each imprisonment he's had the pleasure of serving in his centuries. Killian meets Hades in the Underworld just after his death. Canon speculation.

Summer of 1692. With Port Royal leveled and Salem caught in witch hysteria, a pirate meets a healer that's more than meets the eye. CaptainSwan.

Killian Jones is a pirate captain down on his luck after a falling out with the Evil Queen. Emma Swan just found out she is the Savior. Their shared goals bring them on an epic quest to liberate the kingdom once and for all. It's a lot easier said than done.

Emma has a little more time to get to know the rewritten Killian Jones in Rumple and Isaac's twisted reality, and gradually learns that there are some things that The Dark One just can't change. (Canon divergence, spoilers for Operation Mongoose Part Two).

Neverland Renaissance 2.0 prompt - "You must know know I'd never intentionally hurt you."

Follows on from "You can take the boys out of Neverland." It's been 6 mnths since Hook's attack and things had been going really well, until he ran in to Tootles which caused another panic attack. Trying to distract himself and Henry from their worries Killian plants a treasure map for the lad to find only to dicover that the treasure you recover is not always the same one you hid

When young Killian Jones finds himself pulled from a life as a slave to the Land Without Magic, 300 years in the future, he will do whatever it takes to get back to his brother. But instead the lost boy finds a lost girl. Will their relationship overthrow the will of Fate? Or does Fate have other plans for them?

When death and illness run rampant in Emma Swan's world, she finds herself looking for help in the most unlikely of places. Killian Jones, the sullen god of the Underworld, is willing to take a good deal when he sees one. Hades/Persephone inspired AU.

Emma Swan gave up her dreams of becoming a pianist when her parents abandoned her to pursue their own musical careers. Hurt by the world and her own hands and terrified of a future apart from music, Emma meets Killian Jones, angry and fiercely protective of his brother. When Killian's home experiences a crisis will Emma be able to get past her scars and reunite the Jones Brothers?

After all's been said and done... Killian has nightmares that keep him up at night after the underworld ordeal. He uses the spyglass in the living room to find his peace. His Swan joins him and finds a way to ease him back into a peaceful slumber.

Early Jones brothers story, tying in little Killian's fear of the dark and season 2's Hook saying "Actually, I prefer it with the lights on." Set only a few weeks after they're first sold into servitude.

Second part in a "Killian gets sick" series, post-recovery. (First part has yet to be written, but soon)

Emma has a plan to save Killian from the Underworld, but when she, her parents, Robin, Regina, Henry and Rumple get to the land of the dead, they find far more at stake than a mere rescue mission. Can they rescue Killian? Can they stop Hades before he enacts his plan to take over all of the known universe? 5b spec. fic.

post 5x14 one shot; Emma takes several quiet moments to tend to her pirate. Whatever else may be going on, they need this time together.

The entire crew was gathered on the main deck, utterly silent as bloodthirsty eyes were trained on his trembling form. The Captain stood on the quarterdeck, arms crossed over his chest as he leaned against the wheel, a slight smile playing at the edge of his mouth. A darker version of events from the season 4 finale, with expanded scenes, hurt!Killian and a twist. Eventual CS.

Missing CaptainSwan moment from episode 5x16. Sleep deprived Killian takes a nap with his Saviour.

Another short Captain Swan moment set some time in the future. Companion piece to "Deeply Loved", but can be read separately.

Hades may have made it so that magic doesn't quite work properly here, but Hades doesn't know Emma Swan. And Emma Swan wants Killian Jones to know she's coming for him. So he does.

Killian Jones is a Dark One now. What happens when he emerges from the vault, and will he be able to resist the darkness?

Killian and Emma discuss the decision she made that caused Killian to become the Dark One. When she reveals what happened in Camelot after, Killian learns some surprising truths that will change everything.

She has bent him, broken him and reforged him into something he was never meant to be. And now his words hurt more than she ever thought they could, cutting through her and leaving wounds far worse than any knife could inflict upon her immortal heart. Canon divergence (kind of) after 5x08. Part One in The Dark Ones series.

The citizens of Storybrooke have defeated the darkness and rescued Killian from the Underworld. So, of course, a party at Granny's is in order. Captain Swan.

He brings her back to the light. Post-Darkness, pre-Underworld CS AU.

If there was any spark of Emma still in there, if the light and love he had crossed worlds and died to find and protect was still in there somewhere, and he had to believe it was, he couldn't give this dark Swan the words. But he couldn't deny his heart and say he didn't love her either. Killian introspective, CS at heart.

Come along and listen for the storyteller is about to begin. He is about to tell a tale that people come to hear from all over the kingdom. The tale of a Lost Princess who learned how to love, of a Pirate who became a hero. An epic tale to be sure, but be careful, tonight is a night of shadows and reflections and you never know what you will see if you look into a mirror too long.

Killian struggles as the search for the new Dark One continues. Just as he begins the descent into old habits, however, he finds himself confronted with the Dark One herself, Emma Swan. But can she still save her true love from himself, or will she drag him into darkness with her? One-Shot.

She faces the wall, her hands reaching out to grip the stone before her to stop herself from satisfying the dark itch that has her wanting to plunge her fingertips through his chest. Captain Swan fic with the Dark Swan.

Killian has a nightmare.

based on a prompt: my friend Fari she wanted a Killian/Mary Margaret scene set right after Emma's disappearance when Mary Margaret finds him on the Jolly Roger, and both deal with the situation together; she wanted slaps – two of them – and emotional breakdowns.

She should feel suffocated; in fact, a year ago she would have bolted at such intimacy. But this is Killian and he is different and so much like her and he is trembling and she just wants him to feel safe. Like the rug isn't about to be pulled from him any time soon or the world isn't out to screw with him.

A short angsty drabble. Killian's thoughts immediately following Emma's confession that she's still returning to New York. Set during the penultimate episode of season 3.

"All magic comes with a price," seems to be the Storybrooke mantra, and Emma can't help the dread that builds inside her when she realizes that she's suddenly imbued with instantaneous healing abilities, making her practically indestructible. She knows that there must be a dark side to this newfound magical power. What she doesn't know is that someone else is paying the price.

Emma thought she was protecting Killian when he locked him up, but she didn't realise what demons she let escape as her pirate struggles to realise he is capable of protecting his loved ones

Things are finally settling down after the events brought about by the Snow Queen. Emma's glad to be getting back to some sense of normality but that's a foreign concept in Storybrooke. All it takes is a certain pirate to come down with the flu for Emma to realize that being normal is just not in the cards for the Savior.

Some years, the anniversary of Liam's death passes without a problem. This is not one of those years. {Set vaguely "now"ish}

Tired of the distance between them, Killian challenges Emma with an adventure, one that he controls entirely, at least until the final leg of the journey.

She's fighting her feelings - too frightened by almost losing him to admit just how strong her love has really grown. Emma runs from Killian, and he chases her, in the aftermath of "Heroes and Villains", until she finally realizes she has to stop sometime and see what she stands to lose if she stays behind her walls.

It only takes a single moment to change your life. After years shut off from anyone else, Killian Jones, a reclusive florist on the outskirts of town, starts to see a little more warmth in the world again. ONE-SHOT

Post 4A: Killian learns of how Henry really feels about him and Emma being together. Two chapters of this are already written, with at least one more planned. Rated T for second and third chapters.

"Ariel had come back to Storybrooke with Prince Eric and once she laid eyes on Hook she lost it, slandering him to everyone at Granny's as she recounted what truly happened during the missing year." [Based on a copyright issue I removed the lyrics but the songs that were used are still on the author's note.]

Most of us remained a little unsatisfied after 4x11: why has Emma left Hook after that kiss to have shots with Regina? What happened after she'd gone to the author's mansion? Come on, we all know what happened after that. I'm trying to answer these questions.

Killian's thoughts immediately following his departure from the sheriff's station in 4x09 before the curse of Shattered Sight hits.

He tries and he tries to get the words out but he's long learned that it is an attempt at futility. While his feelings have not completely gone, it has become increasingly difficult to convey his emotions when they are but a dull roar in his chest, akin to a faded photograph in his memory. But it doesn't stop him from trying anyway. Set during the ep that killed us all, "4x09".

Even without his heart in his chest, Killian loved Emma enough to die for her. Quite willingly. Yet he tried to discern a loophole around the crocodile's commands because he was worried that even that would not be enough to save her. -Killian's thoughts turn dark in the hours after losing his heart- (Captain Swan, post 4.8, "Smash the Mirror," angsty but with a hopeful ending)

As Killian stands at the door, ready to pick Emma up for their date, he recalls how he got to this moment. (Takes place during 4x04)

During the final battle with the Snow Queen, Emma must make a decision. Can she fully give in to her feelings for Killian? Can she fight for him as he's always fought for her...or will she have to let him go? Speculation for the end of the Frozen arc.

Now a couple, Emma and Killian learn that trusting someone else with the hurts of the past may be just what each of them needs to find healing. (Post Season 3 finale one-shot)

The road to true love is never easy.

Robin hunkered down beside her and pressed the tips of his fingers against the pulse point in the pirate's neck. Lifting his gaze to the others, he gave a mournful shake of his head. "Nooo," Emma keened and rocking forward, she pressed her ear over the finger-shaped bruises covering Hook's bare chest, frantically listening for the reassuring sound of his heartbeat.

Emma and Killian are together. And then they're not. And then they're snowed in. (post-finale, CaptainSwan, break-up and make-up)

Post season 3. Angry at Emma for changing the timeline, Regina hits her where it hurts: Hook. Now Emma needs to believe Hook wasn't just another man who left her and embark on a treacherous journey to bring him back. A Captain Swan angsty romantic adventure.

Spoilers for 3X20 Kansas. AU-ish. Sick Hook. After the drowning incident, Hook is more hurt than he lets on. The consequences of the trauma catch up to him dramatically. Whump, angst, Emma feels.

Emma and David's trust in Killian has been broken, but it's hurting them as much as it's hurting him. Honesty abounds. (Tag to 3x19, CaptainSwan and Captain Charming)

The Wicked Witch holds Killian Jones in her grasp, but is forced to change her plans when Emma and her family fail to come out of hiding to rescue him.

It's not like Hook to keep his distance, and Emma Swan is bound and determined to find out just what is wrong with her troublesome pirate. (Post "Jolly Roger" one-shot)

A one shot at what I believe Killian "Hook" Jones thinks and feels after Zelena's wicked curse on his lips and his love.

The whole town insists on giving Hook the 'hurt her and die' speech. Charming is oblivious. Robin is concerned. Hook is annoyed and painfully caffeine deprived. He's also very much over the town's constant threats. And then an unexpected source is there to come to his defense. A Hook/Charming/Hood Brotp one-shot!

The final battle is over and everyone is alive and well...or are they? One person is missing. My first fanfic. I don't own OUAT. If I did I would be in heaven!

Emma's finally made her choice, now all that's left is to convince Hook of it.

In the midst of a showdown with the Wicked Witch, Hook is faced with whether or not a villain can gain a happy ending. Looking death in the face, makes him wonder if a happy ending may not be what it has always seemed. Emma, on the other hand, may not be able to accept anything less for him...

In which Killian is captured and put under a sleeping curse that can only be broken by one certain Savior. (pirate)

During the year in the Enchanted Forest, David runs into a couple of Hook's former crew members and gets into an... enlightening conversation about his new best mate.

Post WW, one-shot, AU, captainswan. "He knows you don't love him, he took the hint." Her heart clenched at the words. "He's slowly dying, Emma, he's not a young man." She fought back tears. "If not love, he deserves at least some gratitude." Emma knew he deserved much more than that, but couldn't risk her heart again, she still couldn't risk being wrong about him.

The Wicked Witch tortures Killian for information using Emma's face. It breaks him. Captain Swan angst.

Following the events of episode 3x11, Killian is sitting alone when David approaches, sharing a tale of a time when his own true love lost all memory of him and giving Killian something that all happy endings start with. Hope. (Partially inspired by The Swan Princess)

They needed to find a way to escape. They needed to come up with a plan and fast. Their bodies grew weaker and weaker from day to day. They were running out of time.

"Tell me, pirate," Pan spits. "If this quest was yours and not Emma's, who would stand by you?"

He could only imagine how different it would be to kiss her softly, to cup her face and lean in slowly so she understood. He could only picture being about to wrap his arms around her waist as she smiled that elusive open smile. Set after saving Neal, Killian thinks about what could have been since he's under the impression his chances with Emma are shot to hell. [One-shot]

Post Neverland AU: After the gang returns home, Emma and Neal get back together and Killian spirals out of control as a result. He drinks to numb the pain until that no longer works. Hook is the one who finds Henry, after the group is scattered in Neverland, and the encounter with the Lost Boys leaves both of them in bad shape. Birthday present for peaceheather, who requested hurt/comfort.

Hook overhears a conversation aboard the Jolly Roger that changes everything, and complicates the string of promises, both spoken and unspoken, that he's made to Emma Swan since leaving Storybrooke.

After returning from Manhattan, Hook suddenly falls off the radar. Emma goes looking for him and is surprised by what she finds. Hook is in trouble and Emma has to decide if she is willing to trust her feelings so she can save him. AU, Now Complete
