Okay, um, this is my first try at one of these, so let's hope I can get it right. My name is Grant, I'm 20, I live in central Kentucky, and I'm a senior at the University of Kentucky. FF.net has not been my first fanfiction experience, I have a bit on Robotech.com as Breetai_245. Not very proud of some of that, so please, unless you feel oddly compelled, don't read any of it. It's pretty bad. Anyway, on to some other stuff!

Favorite anime (In no particular order): Initial D 4th Stage, Gunsmith Cats, Last Exile, Cowboy Bebop, Zipang, Full Metal Panic, Patlabor, Gundam 0080, G Gundam, Nadesico, Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex, Jin-Roh, Outlaw Star, and Azumanga Daioh.

Favorite manga (also as above): Initial D, Over Rev, Rurouni Kenshin, Keroro Gunso, Azumanga Daioh, Gundam 0079, Trigun Maximum, Battle Angel Alita,

Other interests: My 1987 Toyota MR2, my 1986 Toyota Corolla GT-S (my own little Hachi Roku) SCCA racer, and generally anything automotive, especially Hot Version/Best Motoring and D1GP - I hope to get my D1 license someday; pretty much any racing game ever made; the Star Wars X-Wing series novels; Terry Goodkind's "Sword of Truth" series - highly, HIGHLY recommended for any fan of epic fantasy novels;and the Warhammer 40,000 table top game. Essentially if there's something one can be nerdy about that isn't Star Trek or LOTR, I'm in on it. ^_^

My current fanfics are Initial D: Front Runners and its parallel story Drift Kings: Second Stage. My Gundam series has been discountinued until further notice...meaning forever; though part of me kind of wants to bring it back - try to do it right this time. But since only 16 people have read it, nobody cares, least of all, me. Plans for future writings? I recently finished a story based on Okita Soji for a history class that I think could be publishable, with a little work. Also, I've got this idea bouncing around the back of my mind for a Castle/Dr. Horrible/The Guild crossover-crackfic that would be so much fun to write. I'd also enjoy trying something in the X-Wing series timeline, but I really don't trust myself with the Rogues and I'd hate to do something of terrible quality with characters I love so much. But for now, Front Runners will be my main (read: only) project.
