Author has written 7 stories for Gilmore Girls, and Doctor Who. Four years ago, I was a fresh-face fan of X-Files who swore that *I* would never read fanfiction, much less write it because it wasn't "canon." How far I've come!I love Lord of the Rings; it's been my passion for at least two years now. One of my favorite sites for really good LOTR fanfic is you should visit it. I also run a Tolkien literary discussion group (it's listed as my home page), where right now we're reading LOTR together. Hmm, I wonder where I got my idea for my story, Like Never Before? If you're interested, by all means join--it's a great group. I love Gilmore Girls (Literati all the way!), Buffy (B/S leanings), Star Trek: Voyager (I love P/T fic, and I think I'm one of the few who's a die hard Chakotay/Seven fan) and I still adore anything related to X-Files. So far most of my writing has been inspired by my favorite singer, Eva Cassidy, whom I shamelessly promote. Go, listen to her, NOW. I'm a second year medical student, which basically means that I have very little life outside of school and studying. It's put a damper on my creative mind (stops self from figuring out which parts of the brain are involved with that... ) and left me with little time to get my feeble thoughts down on paper. Speaking of medicine, if there are any writers out there who have medical questions (hint, hint for anyone considering writing a pregnancy fic), I'm more than willing to provide any knowledge/notes that I've gotten.
