Canon divergence set between 5x21 and 5x22. After spending their first night together back in Storybrooke in their new house, Emma and Killian realize that they have to deal with the repercussions of what happened in the past few weeks. But they also realize that their future together is just beginning, and they damn well intend to have one.

Emma doesn't know Killian Jones very well. At all, really, he's just sort of a name she hears on occasion with a vague image of a man to go along with it. A friend of a friend of a friend and all that. She's probably spent time in the same room as him all of three times. Storybrooke doesn't frequently allow for moments - seconds, even - of peace. Killian and Emma have to take advantage of it while they can. They don't plan on leaving this bed, their bed, anytime soon.
