My favorite book of all time though is Ender's Game hands down.

I really wish this site had a recommended section of stories on a person's profile not just a favorites one. The stories below are ones that I recommend and find really interesting so I hope others can read them. I have an entire list of actual favorite stories somewhere else but I didn't want to detract from what I have listed. I hope people click on those stories to read them and enjoy them as much as I did.

my go to present for someone that I have no idea what to get, is socks. because lets face it, everyone always needs a good pair of socks, and its far better than an ugly shirt or useless gift that you would otherwise get them. socks, the answer to many a persons question of what present to buy last minute

Fanfiction musings

I like to read stories that are a bit different, some might call them odd, some AU, some even idiotic, but I don't like reading the same old rehashed, tried and true retelling of stories that others are so fond of. I like originality, so if your story has actually changed things and it isn't just changed dialogue, then I'm gonna like it. Following canon is a given, but you still have to add your own flair to it. That's why I dislike or avoid canon pairings and other things that are like that, because to me you're playing it safe and not branching out.

So try something new, twist things, play the 'what if?' scenario and see how you can work that. It's what I'll try and do myself, so why wouldn't I like to read it in other's stories?

original works

I am currently writing 4 different stories. If any are delayed in updating just know that its probably because I have a writers block not because I abandoned it. If I were to abandon a story I'd say so. either that or just send me a pm and I'll be reminded to get back to those stories.

Although many authors are too gracious to ask for feedback or reviews on their work, those same authors are the legends and greats of the fan fiction world, such as jbern, jeconais, pokemaster12, aragon potter, paradox jast, anaklusmos14.

I cannot hope to match their greatness at this stage so that's why I always ask for feedback to improve my writing in the fleeting hope that one day I can measure up to even a tenth of said author's greatness.
