Basically, for those interested, I'm a student in the U.K, with a liking for a very specific type of anime/manga. I look for long, sweeping story-lines, characters with depth and preferably issues, darker themes and a rich, imaginative setting for everything to take place in.

At the moment my all time favourite is Soul Eater, in both anime and manga form, so that's what I'm most likely to write about at present,.As far as characters go, there really isn't much competition. Dr Franken Stein, he's cold, clever and powerful, but with a darker side that's threatening to overwhelm him, everything I look for in a character, plus the added bonus that he's a scientist and enjoys ripping things apart. He's also tangled with my other definite favourite, Medusa, who in my opinion represents one of the best villains ever realised. I really like the whole idea of their relationship, with her tempting him towards insanity, and I reckon the fight between the two of them stands out as one of the best sequences in the series.

At the moment, I've only posted one story, see 'A Broken Man' below, and I'm going to be focusing on that for some time yet. Apologies if updates happen slightly sporadically, it often takes me a while to be fully satisfied with what I've written.
