Hey all,

I'm a sixteen year old college student who is trying to write in my spare time around my studies and work. A little difficult but I'm getting there. Then I need to find time to play guitar too, its all so much!

I have dark brown hair and brown eyes. Quite small for my age, struggling to grow a beard for who knows what reason and drifting off into the mountainous fantasy landscapes that erupt from my imagination. By the way, I'm male if you didn't guess with the whole beard thing...

Fascinated by the concept of magic and mythical people, places and creatures. All keeps me going.

I read a lot, write when I think I can manage it and all whilst listening to music. Not sure what I would do without that! I like near enough everything, normally listen to some mellow tunes when metal becomes too much I guess. Like hanging out with my friends the most, music a close second.

My new Fic is Harry Potter and the Temptations of Independence which is a deviation from my previous fic (Druid Pathway) which has now been postponed. I hope that you enjoy it. I will update at least once every two weeks with this fic and have a minimum chapter length of 2,500 words.

Summary is as follows:

Summary: Harry’s views begin to change as he undergoes his magical maturation and also begins his discovery of the Old Ways. Whilst at odds with Dumbledore, Harry must come to terms with his role in the rising war but will he find balance in the dangerous magic he is delving into as he unfolds the secrets of the Druid Pathway? Set in sixth year, not a super-power Harry.

This story also involves many other things that you will discover along the way, the summary is but a taster.

PLEASE READ:

Although I am happy with this fic and am amazed at the response to it, I think I can do better. I have taken many of my key ideas (including the ‘Druid Pathway’ and ‘Ancient Studies’ elements etc) and produced a new story which is slightly different. I may one day continue with this story, but for now, my other story: Harry Potter and the Temptations of Independence is now up. I would like you all to read this one and tell me what you think, especially after critiquing this fiction, it would be interesting to know what you all think about the slightly altered direction of things in this new story.

Just know that with my new story TOI there is a planned sequel where (SPOILER HERE, DIVERT EYES IF DO NOT WANT TO KNOW) Harry will attend Hogwarts for his seventh year. So for now, this story is postponed. TOI should be up now though, give it a read, let me know what you think and review please?

P.S. Last thing now, promise, I have tried to take into account some of the comments left by reviewers, especially those pointing out the weaker points of my fiction (thank you) and I hope this means my new fic will be a better read.
