Danny and Reuven watch the fireworks in prospect park, smiles because I like in brooklyn and it's all so familiar, and i felt so close to them when i was watching the fireworks tonight i was like dead. Dreuven, Chaim Potok's the chosen. just speculation, but why do people write the chosen fanfic if it's not dreuven? i suppose if they have a really good idea...

The scene in the book after Reb Saunders explains the silence but a new Dreuven take, made for Adrianna, (a favor for Ruby, who had Adrianna, who wanted a fic and hated the ending). Is written mostly by Chaim Potok, I just changed words where I deemed fit. The photo is me being Danny, the yarmulke is the boob thing from a bathingsuit.

You guys. People have been hating on The Chosen. If you're experiencing any Chosen hate, stay strong. Dreuven story. Suggested by Clara (thanks again), they come full circle where Danny is in the hospital this time instead of Reuven and Reuven visits. Confronts the relationship change. Actually takes place in The Promise. Not the longest anymore. I feel like I'm missing something.

Written for the prompt 'snow'. Reuven and Danny climb in bed together and fall asleep. Sorry, the time is a little weird with the walking home and going to sleep immediately. The Chosen seriously needs more fanfics. Reuven/Danny. I think I'll be writing a sequel to this one.
