Hi, I'm Iain, an Englishman crashing through his thirties like a hyperactive blue hedgehog through a field of golden rings. I've been writing since the mid-nineties but haven't really written any proper fanfiction before. Hopefully I can contribute something. I'll apologise in advance for being overly cliche in some places. I also apologise if I have plagiarised anybodies work, but I can guarantee that such was not my intent and all errors belong solely to me!

Naruto

Team 8 Naruto (replacing Kiba thanks to Naruto's versatile tracking capabilities with Shadow Clones and Transformations)

Smart, trained Naruto (the Cloud ambassador hits the seal with lightning chakra when Naruto disrupts the Hinata kidnap attempt, which energises and activates the Minato contingency fragment inside the seal. The fragment is then forced to create an emergency tap into Naruto's chakra system to sustain itself until it is supposed to dissipate. Naruto gets drawn into his mindscape, meets Minato and starts learning from him, etc.)

Gamer Naruto (prays that his life could be like a game, Kami shrugs and says 'Okay then!')

Wild Naturo (kicked out the orphanage and tricked into Training Ground 44, he learns to survive - possibly with the help of a particular species like Tarzan and the apes. He thrives, becoming a fast and powerful hunter. Eventually starts providing skins etc. to visiting traders. Would probably either end up in an apprenticeship with Anko or having a frenemy relationship.)

Team 7 Naruto (where Kakashi actually puts some effort in because he a) owes Obito to train Sasuke well, b) owes Minato to train Naruto well and c) owes it to Rin to make sure Sakura is trained well so as to avoid being captured and used against the team.)

Harry Potter

Scholarly Harry (he starts out closer to Hermione than Ron so takes his studies seriously, thinks things through more often etc.)

Gamer Harry (he falls asleep desperately wishing his life was more like a game and his magic flares and makes it so)

Merlin's Heir Harry (knowledge and potential locked inside Harry, occasional training dream sequences serve to unlock it)

Year 8 (returning for final year and having unknowingly absorbed the power of the elder wand when he destroyed it, Harry has to deal with all the usual Stuff Going Wrong - like a giant flying island straight out of myth (atlantis, avalon etc) summoned by his power and bringing some kind of calamity with it.)

Founder's Heir Harry (where he inherits a whole bunch of stuff and becomes Champion of Hogwarts with the associated power and responsibilities)

Time Traveller Harry (how much can he change while keeping everything else the same, or does he just change as much as possible and see how things work out?)

Prisoner Harry (not sure what I want to do with this one, but could be a lot of fun to write a darker, Machiavellian Harry)

Mass Effect

Gamer Shepherd (dies at the end of ME2 or ME3 and starts a new game plus. hilarity ensues.)

Post ME3, an alien race invades council space in a holy war following a strike against them (based on conversation about Isaac Newton being the deadliest sunovabitch in space when you go to the Citadel in ME2 iirc. Shepherd is called upon once more.)

Firefly

Post Serenity (am thinking something from Shepherd Booke's past as an operative rears its head, launching the crew into more shenanigans and adventure!

Harry Potter & Stargate: SG1/Atlantis (At start of OotP, Harry becomes Merlin's Heir and ends up as an Ancient.)

Harry Potter & Firefly (As master of death, harry decides to investigate the arch in the department of mysteries. goes through and enters plane of death where he learns a lot of stuff. comes back through after the earth is abandoned and is dying. creates an ark of sorts and brings magic to the 'Verse, looking for a new home. ends up on serenity so he can search for potential mages, etc.)

Harry Potter & Various (Dimension jumping Harry - so anything is possible. might base jumps on reader votes)

Naruto & Mass Effect (Following freeing the bijuu, naruto accidentally ends up with a new juubi sealed within him. his power level increases during his time as Hokage and eventually becomes immortal. he retires to the bijuu island once hinata dies. after several centuries, finds a way to seal himself away. is awoken when reapers attack. becomes a living memorial of his world, possibly awakens rinnegan - no paths though! after exhausting himself restoring enough of the world for nature to take over and the reforming bijuu to survive in, returns himself to sleep until found by shepherd.)
