While not necessarily full-on shipping them, I like pairs of male characters, often "vitriolic best bud" pairs. This is probably because they provide a lot of my fave romance tropes (protecting each other, playful fights, helping each other grow as characters) without some of my most hated romance cliches (love triangles, pointless wangst, constant whiny misunderstandings). (If you can't understand half of what I say, go read TV Tropes. :P) My fave pairs of guys (at the moment) are:

Sebastian & Ciel (Kuroshitsuji/Black Butler) - (Frankly I find shippers of these two somewhat creepy, at least if it involves anything sexual, even if Ciel is mentally a grouchy old man. :p But they're a lot of fun in other contexts.)
