Pet peeves of Fanfiction

Mary Sues- Mary Sues, are the perfect character, whom "everyone" loves, and is absolutely perfect in everyway, with no flaws and doesn't have to worry about the consequences. These characters irk me, because they hae no depth or originality, and almost always never given an actual personality. Especially, when their shipped together with character x, and make everyone else look bad, derailing characters y...etc.

' My Immortal Syndrome' - My Immortal Syndrome, is named after the infamous Harry Potter fanfic. Now don't get me wrong, its ok to make grammer mistakes, and spelling errors...we're all human. But. WHEN YU SRT TAKL oR WRIT LiKE dIS...thats when I click out. As it makes the story hard to read and understand, as well as makes the author come off as lazy.

Derailing Characters- Ok, everyone has their own opinion. You may not like character x, or pairing y that someone else might like and vice versa. But I hate Stories, that derail caracters and make them act OOC (out of character) Now, when this is used for the benefit of the story it can work. But, when there's no reason for it or the character doesn't resemble their canon counterpart at all...well they might as well be an OC

Turning perfectly nice characters evil because you hate/dislike them- I don't like Youtuber Joey Graceffa, but I'm not going to turn him bad just because I don't. He's a perfectly nice guy, whose sweet, and adorable...and thats how I'll portay him. Why? Because thats his character. Characters whether real or not, shouldn't be turned into these evil, demonic beings because you don't like them. If you don't like 'em don't write em, or at least try to keep them as close to canon as possible.

Bashing- What you may like someone else may not like and vice versa, so why waste your time bashing someone or their fanfic, because they like a certain character, or pairing you don't like? All you will be doning is coming off like a jerk. Its ok to not like character a or pairing b. But you have to respect others if they don't like that character or pairing. If you don't like character A, Fanfiction put up the filters for a reason, and just don't mind the fanfics that do have character a
