Religious Views: Spiritual, but if you wanna get technical, I’m an extremely liberal, unorthodox Christian. I take the parts about forgiveness and love and ignore the idiotic homophobic, sexist, ridiculous, violence-toward-women stuff. (If you feel like telling me exactly why you hate Christianity and everyone who practices it, please do so so that I can prove to you that we’re not all the same and that the majority of “Christians” give the real ones a bad name.)

Political party: Uber-liberal democrat

Pet peeve (there’s only one that I hate enough to post): Saying ‘ironic’ when you mean ‘coincidental.’ The two are antonyms. It’s like saying that it’s raining when you’re in Death Valley. (For future reference, irony is a fire extinguisher factory burning to the ground. Coincidence is the fire station right next door.)

Interests: Honestly? Not a lot. Books (mainly sci-fi, fantasy and trivia), fanfiction [obviously] both writing and reading, poetry (writing but not reading), movies (really weird ones [my favorite is Attack of the Killer Tomatoes 2] and old, really cheaply made sci-fi movies, Supernatural (crazy, obsessive love), learning, trivia, Jeopardy, some tv and my kitten, Professor (Professor is the name of my cat, not something I’m interested in.)

Movies: Attack of the Killer Tomatoes 1 and 2 (but not 3 or 4), Dead and Breakfast (it’s a zombie musical with David Carradine), Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers (I absolutely adore the battle at Helm’s Deep), Saw 1, 2 and 3 (I know it’s horrible, but crazy, ridiculous, over the top violence always makes me giggle) My favorite scene is the last one where the guy is sawing through his ankle. What is he gonna do? Hop on one foot, bleeding profusely, somehow escape, find his way to his family even though he has no clue where he is and then save them? Ridiculous.), X-Men: The Last Stand (for the same reason as Saw, I mean, c’mon, guns that shoot needles? Really? And tearing the Golden Gate Bridge apart to get to Alcatraz, What? Magneto couldn’t get everyone in a bus and fly that across) and more too numerous to name.

Author: Garth Nix is my absolute favorite author. I love how the women in his stories aren’t weak helpless little Bella Swan types but badass warriors who fight evil.

Books: Sabriel (the Garth Nix book. Not the ship), Lirael, Abhorsen, Uncle John’s Bathroom Reader (I realize how weird that sounds but they are the absolute best books on trivia and other interesting crap that I have ever come across. The publish a new one each year and I always get it on Christmas), Nana (the manga which is the only thing left over from my anime phase), Uglies, Pretties, Specials (and to a lesser extent Extras), Harry Potter (my favorite’s Order of the Pheonix. If I wasn’t as emotionally stunted as I am I would have cried when [SPOILER ALERT!] Sirius died) and Hamlet (for the same reason as Saw and X-Men 3. (There’s so many deaths in the last act it might as well be the beginning of Saving Private Ryan (which I also love. That guy who picks up his own arm? Adorable.))), A Wrinkle in Time, A Wind in the Door, A Swiftly Tilting Planet, Abarat 1 and [especially] 2, Cat’s Cradle, The 7th Tower series, the first 5 Artemis Fowl books (the 6th one confused me like crazy, I couldn't even finish it) and so many more

Artists/Bands: Nine Inch Nails and Trent Reznor (but not really How To Destroy Angels), Ludo (I like their kinda quirky love songs but parts of their attitude towards women disturbs me), Johnny Cash (the video of his cover of ‘Hurt’- which is coincidentally by Nine Inch Nails- is guaranteed to make me cry), Jack Off Jill (if you've read Marilyn Manson’s biography you've seen the name but blink and you've missed it), Depeche Mode, and many many others
