Things are finally settling down for Hiro, until a baffling villain comes to town. To Vanellope, the villain is just an annoying code. But soon, both parties will find themselves trapped in the last Tron arcade game machine on the planet. Together, they make their way through the grid trying to escape from the hands of the enemy. Vanellope Von Schweetz. Known as the Candy Princess in the shady alleys of Sacroshima. Pulling her away from that, her uncle Ralph moves them to San Fransokyo to change things, only to drag her into a bigger problem. With her friends kidnapped, and a supervillain on the loose, Van will have to turn to a team of superheroes for help, and it turns out she knows one of them already.

Just when things are going right for Vanellope, her old game gets unplugged. And the people she left behind 21 years ago are back. Now they find her in a 21 year old body, attuned to the years that have passed since he left her game. When Vanellope leaves, she finds herself in the real world.
