IN THIS EPISODE: Gotham is falling apart. It is 2-3 years into Batman's career and the police are finally starting to accept Batman. However, corruption runs rampant in Gotham and a new, costumed vigilante tests Batman's ideologies and vows to cleanse Gotham of corruption through violent means. Meanwhile, Harvey Dent is waist deep in a mob investigation and asks Gordon for help.
