Profile
Among other things, I’m predominantly a permanent resident of the United States of America (id est not a citizen); an attendant of the public school, Berkmar High; and an occasional victim of mild scoleciphobia, egoism, stupidity, laziness, angst, authority, writer’s block, and recent sixteen-ism. Speaking of which… my birthday’s the second of June. This year I’ll excuse, as I’m rather insignificant at the moment, but I expect some major spamming next year.
Fan-Fiction
I’m working on a Harry Potter fan-fiction set in an alternate universe. It might be familiar to a few readers on the site and that’s primarily because the prologue for the fan-fiction had originally been posted by someone who has, only very recently, stopped writing. The premise – hell, the entire plot itself – of the fan-fiction was just too good to pass up though, so I just had to make it my goal in life (or, at the very least, in a week or two) to obtain permission from the original author to write and post it.
And I got it. (Duh.) But now, unfortunately, I realize how bloody difficult it is to write something of such detail – and make it all as believable as possible. Henceforth, I’m desperately hoping that someone will have mercy on me and acquiesce to being a co-author (who then will be worshipped, beamed at with the cheerfulness and love and whatever-have-you of a thousand suns, and immoderately praised by yours truly) before I die the horrible death of literary stress.
Thank you! Come again!
