Hey there, how's it going? I enjoy employing surprise twists, plot devices and little details referencing the original story that you'll miss if you're not paying attention. Anyway, I've never really written anything non-academic before this, so forgive me if it shows. I'm mostly a Wikipedia writer (User:Sesamehoneytart), so I keep getting these sudden urges to cite everything and speak without bias, both of which are ridiculous here.

As for fandoms, I'm a pretty huge Hunger Games fan- not any certain character, but more the universe itself. By that, I mean that I have scoured the books for details about the Hunger Games universe, taking information such as "District 13 is a week's walk from District 12" and deduced from that, first of all, that a hovercraft moves at approximately 500mph and that District 13 must exist within a 350 mile radius of District 12. If District 12 is in Appalachia, tentatively West Virginia or Pennsylvania, District 13 must be in southern Canada if it is known for graphite mining. I have come up with a tentative map of where the districts are and how the general economy works. And for goodness sakes, I'm not an economist, but if anyone has any ideas how in the world a merchant class can exist in District 12 where nobody can afford their products, please enlighten me. For the life of me, I cannot figure out how the bakery stays in business when nobody can afford their food, including the other members of the merchant class. Perhaps they ship to other districts? But wouldn't there be bakeries in other districts? Or is baking exclusive to District 12? Ok, seriously, I'll stop now.

So I've got a lot of ideas and am somewhat excited to find a potential audience for them. You guys are awesome, and thanks for making me feel welcome here! Also, reviews make me happy, even if they're just two words long.
