Name: Eyes

Birthday: December 13th

Favorite character to write: Near
Reason: Near is very stoic and is capable of analyzing anything and everything around him, and I see him as the type to do that at any opportunity that he gets the chance to. Not only can I understand this, but I love the way his mind works. I love the way he is able to control everything aroud him in his own little game. Writing that is a challenge in itself, not to mention making the rest of the story. I enjoy doing that. I like being able to try and create him in very odd situations, that no one else would touch too much on, and make him as IC as possible.

Favorite pairing: MelloxNear
Reason: I love it because there is serious competeition between the two to the point where it could be argued that Mello has an obsession with Near. There are a lot of spots (well... mainly 2) that can be used to write fics from, unlike other pairings where the timeline is very strict (coughLxLight). I love both Mello and Near as characters and I think they work quite well together as both a couple and as a team because, let's be honest, analyze their characters and one has what the other lacks. They're two pieces to a whole puzzle. I love this about them. I also like how, to an extent, the entire pairing is unbelievable and so one must work harder to make it more believable. And when it is made believable enough, it can really make you see their part of the series differently. When I first got into MelloxNear I had to read some of the books and re-analyze why they did anything. I liked that a lot.

Favorite genre: Angst
Reason: As I've stated on my own profile page, Angst is my favorite pairing to do, and I've been writing it ever since I got onto this site. It holds so much emotion, to me, that I like being able to show the mental process that goes along with it, as well as the physial. It's something that I wouldn't be able to show with any other genre... well... except tragedy, maybe.

Favorite anime/manga: デスノート (Death Note), Yu Yu Hakusho, Loveless, Gunslinger Girl, Trigun, Vampire Knight, Trinity Blood, Hellsing, Noein, Shaman King, Spiral, (Basically, i'll read or watch anything once, this is just what i'm most into at the moment.)
