things I've noticed in most RENT fics-

-At least ONCE Roger will run his fingers through his hair(which, if described, is described with more than one adjective, as in "Roger ran his finger through his long golden hair" or whatever).

-If it's a pregnancy fic, Mimi is having a girl.

-When Mark's scarf is mentioned, it is either "beloved," "precious," or another word to describe how he loves it.

-Main OC adult characters are most likely to be girls (and mostly for Mark, sometimes for Roger)
