Profile Update: February 2012

Hello, Ace here with another update~ It's been so long since I've been on here...

Anyway, I'm 20 now and have been a writer for as long as I can remember. Well, off and on anyway. I seem to have a lot of ideas on my own, but they crumple under pressure. It makes it hard for me to complete the longer stories in my head. But maybe I'll learn to get better at that! Or, if not, I'll try to stick to one-shots! xDD;; My writing style tends to change, which just means I haven't quite developed my own unique style, but hey, it's fanfiction, isn't it? Hmm, what else? How about favorite fandoms?

Anime: One Piece, Trigun, Cowboy Bebop, Rurouni Kenshin, Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann, Yu-Gi-Oh, Pokemon, Ouran High School Host Club, Fruits Basket, Dragonball, Cyborg 009, Hamtaro, Vampire Knight, Hellsing, Kuroshitsuji, Death Note, Diary of a Crazed Family, etc. (wow, there's a lot... I probably will only write for One Piece, Gurren Lagann and maybe Ouran & Dragonball. I might delve into others too, maybe...)

Books: Harry Potter, Good Omens, Series of Unfortunate Events, Dragon Rider, Sherlock Holmes novels, and mostly mysteries and folklore books. (Harry Potter is probably the only thing I'm going to write for)

TV: Doctor Who, House, Torchwood, District 13, Law & Order, NCIS, Burn Notice, White Collar, Discovery Channel shows... (hm... I don't watch much tv... DW and TW are probably my only fanfic writing ones)

Movies: Pirates of the Caribbean, Sweeny Todd, Edward Scissorhands, Nightmare Before Christmas, Corpse Bride, Fight Club, Pulp Fiction, Inglorious Bastards, Ferris Bueler's Day Off, Die Hard, Lethal Weapon, Iron Man, etc... (not sure if i have any movie stories in my head...)

Cartoons: wow, too many to count. Don't think I have any cartoon stories either, so that might be alright. In general I was a Disney kid, and still go watch the new Pixar movies coming out (basically full of "good old-fashioned family fun"), this really only applies to the movie Disney, the TV shows they have now make my eyes bleed (except Phineas & Ferb, that show is surprisingly awesome). Nickelodeon & Cartoon Network as well, today their cartoons lack a lot of spirit, I grew up with Beetlejuice, Ah Real Monsters, Angry Beavers, Animaniacs & Dexter's Lab, Samurai Jack, Ed Edd & Eddy, etc. So, generally in that timeframe, those are the cartoons I like.

Ok, so... pairings. I guess this should act as a basic warning for everyone that I like Slash, particularly M/M slash. Het and femslash don't bother me, and might be in some of my stories, but now you know my preference. I'm just gonna list some of the pairings I like, both het & slash, I won't write all of them, but those are the ones I've either 1) seen and liked, 2) have or want to write about, or 3) haven't seen but would like to.

Yeah... I should probably stop there. As you can see, considerably more M/M slash than anything else. Oh, you know I forgot to warn about the threesomes I mentioned up there. Yeah, that can happen too.

Alright, anyway, when I write fanfiction, it'll probably feature one or more of these couples. I don't always do romance, but still it's usually these pairings. If you like one of these pairing and you haven't seen it before (or not enough of), PM me and I can try to write at least a One-Shot.

And, I'm not going to mention what I'm working on anymore! xD I'll just feel worse if I can't finish it. So, it'll always be a surprise!
