Tobias faces one of his biggest fears, one he never saw coming-a baby. When the attack on Erudite forces them into the Factionless with Evelyn and those left who are loyal to Dauntless, Tris begins to realize that she will have to become the brave and courageous person she left behind when she chose grey.

Tobias and I look into each other's eyes for a few more seconds. "We do fight." Tobias pulls me closer to him. "But we've learned to understand what's important and what's not, mostly. So we let the little things go, and when we do fight, we just...can't be serious, for some reason."

Tris POV I wake with my eyes sealed shut, as if a weight rests upon them, forcing them closed. My chest is tight, and I can only just breathe to keep me stable. My hands are curled into fists, so tight, I cannot move them. My knees are locked like everything else in my body and I am still. Still. Unmoving. Unable to move.

Tris is Factionless. Instead of Dauntless excitement, she is left to watch the train make it's rounds in the back allies of the Factionless Sector. But what happens when she gets curious and comes face to face with Tobias Eaton - Dauntless Transfer, Abnegation Born? Life goes from difficult to complicated real quick. I pull away, knowing if I stay any longer I'll never have the strength to do this." Full-length alternate 3rd book with a completely original plot and a very satisfying ending. Works instead of "Allegiant" or after it.

Two and half years after Tris died and Tobias still hasn't recovered, but then he finds an anonymous note that asks him to meet someone at the Ferris wheel at midnight. COMPLETE. THINKING OF DOING SEQUEL

Tobias has grown used to the lack of the Factions, to having Evelyn around. Tobias has never been able to adapt to the idea that Tris is gone, until one day, a confused but familiar face shows up. It's one thing to let Tris back into his life after a lengthy absence, but letting Tris into the life of their troubled daughter, whom she's never met, is another thing entirely...

Tris does not die, Tris does not kill Will, Will is divergent, Al works for Jeanine and dies, Caleb is divergent, Marcus sacrifices himself for Tobias, Tris's mother is resurrected, Eric is divergent, Jeanine's family is factionless, etc.

Christina was the first person to get through to Tobias after their terrible loss, but we only saw this from his point of view. Here's what she might have been thinking that day.

Why does it have to be her? Because I am selfish. Because I want her here. Because she was the brave one. Because we need Four to be better than he is right now. There are so many reasons, but none of them would convince Cara. "Because she's divergent. And a Prior. Her blood goes back to the beginning. She can fix all this. It has to be her."

Set after Allegiant epilogue. She's alive. Will they be able to find each other again? Summary limited due to spoilers. See A/N Chapter 1.

This story is an alternate ending. Don't get me wrong, i loved the trilogy. The books were amazing, i'm not hating on Veronica Roth. I LOVED THEM. But the ending of the last and final book Allegiant just didn't satisfy me, she shouldn't have died. So with that said, here is how i think the ending should have went. (: please leave reviews.
