Hey guys, I'm Jessica. And as you know, the main reason why I am on fanfction.net is because I love writing. Writing , to me, is a way to engineer another world to immerse myself in. It is truly a magical past time, being able to create fantastic worlds and to do the impossible. Crafting heroic tales of overcoming impossible obstacles, creating daunting worlds filled with magic and mythical creatures, really, an author, the one who tells these tales, are really playing the role of an omnipotent being. Being able to make anything happen, it is truly a miraculous ability. I love writing. It is a way of communicating my views to the world and spread my ideals.

Not only that, writing is amazing in a way that if you read a book from 2000 years ago, like Homer's teachings or Bede the Monk, you are reading the thoughts of a person who lived millenium ago. When one writes, one preserves. That is why the mark of a civilized society is the written word. This is why writing is important. It is not only a mode of which you can express yourself; it is a way for you to cement yourself as a person, as a infinite being, preserved in your inner musings.

It is amazing, absolutely wonderful. However, that is not the reason why I write. When I write, I breath. When I breath, I live, and when I live, I feel. Writing makes me feel liberated, unchallenged in my exploits of the world. This voracious I have , this unquenchable thirst for conquest, is truly satisfied with a mere flick of a finger, a near pondering o the mind.

I love writing, especially about my favorite characters. Sincerely, I don't know why; between you and me, I think it's because a character, to me, is a living, breathing entity, an idea worth writing about.

As you can see, I love writing, but in general, I love the imagination. The rush of creation, the reward of a hard work of toil, I live for it. Everyone wants to have glory, to be accomplished, to be great.

I do that through art. It is a great medium of communication and it is truly wonderful.
