I'm such a happy person and to increase my awesomeness I'm going to give you 4 awesome tips on how to make a GREAT story! ;D

HOOKS- What makes a story so interesting that gets us glued to it makes us wanting more? The answer is simple...HOOKS!

It's that one line in the beginning that keeps us going at it and reels the readers in.It's the line that stirs the imagination and makes us think. For example,"She said she was a witch but I didn't believe her."Doesn't that one sentence catch your attention?Makes you want to read more from the beginning of the story all the way to the end.

Dialogue-. When you converse, do you always use proper english? No, at least ‘I’ don’t. The familiar slang and phonic words that you hear in everyday speech, are exactly what makes such great dialogue when writing a story.

Why? Well, because it sounds natural. It reads like two or more people having a normal conversation. If we spoke perfect english, without all the little quirks of everyday speech, we’d sound like robots! Some people do write and speak like that, and to me, they sound very . . . ‘boring’. When writing dialogue, it should reflect the description of your character. If you were writing a part for a robot, you could write . . . “My name is Bill. What is your name?” Sounds pretty flat doesn’t it. A real person (or character) doesn’t speak like that at all. How about this . . . “Name’s Bill. What’s yours?” Doesn’t that sound more natural, like a real person speaking? Try writing a short story using nothing but dialogue. Think! Can you picture what the characters look like, just by the way they talk? Great Stories have great dialogue.

Plot-Pretty simple actually.No plot No story. Make an awesome,grab-my attention sorta plot!

Pace-You always start off with a bang, then you slow them down with a slow song, just to give them a chance to meet people or characters. The pace toward the end should be fast and breath-taking. You must end with a bigger and better bang than the one you started with, make them feel that reading (or dancing) was worth their time and effort. They must be left with a feeling of total satisfaction.

Oh, and a word of warning . . . never make the reader experience the climax of the story through the eyes of someone else. For example, a ‘flashback’, or a ‘journal’ that was found and read at the end of the story, which reveals the climatic end. Your reader needs to feel all the emotion of the climax first hand. You owe it to them and the Great Story you're about to write.

15 THINGS TO DO AT WAL-MART

1. Set all the alarm clocks in Electronics to go off at 5-minute intervals.
2. Make a trail of tomato juice on the floor leading to the rest rooms.
3. Walk up to an employee and tell him/her in an official tone," 'Code 3' in housewares"... and see what happens.
4. Go the Service Desk and ask to put a bag of M&M's on lay away.

6. Set up a tent in the camping department and tell other shoppers you'll invite them in if they'll bring pillows from the bedding department.
7. When a clerk asks if they can help you, begin to cry and ask,"Why can't you people just leave me alone?"
8. Look right into the security camera & use it as a mirror, and pick your nose.
9. While handling guns in the hunting department, ask the clerk if he knows where the anti - depressants are.
10. Dart around the store suspiciously loudly humming the "Mission Impossible" theme.
11. In the auto department, practice your "Madonna look" using different size funnels.
12. Hide in a clothing rack and when people browse through, say "PICK ME!" "PICK ME!"
13. When an announcement comes over the loud speaker, assume the fetal position and scream.."NO! NO! It's those voices again!"
14. Go into a fitting room and shut the door and wait a while and then yell, very loudly, "There is no toilet paper in here!
15. Get several bouncy balls and throw them down an aisle shouting "pikachu, I choose you!"
