![]() Well hello there. I recently was told that I ought to have something of substance in my profile so that when I wrote reviews, I looked like a real person. Which, you know, I am. So... my favorite color is blue and I'm a pisces and I like black tea with cream and agave syrup in it. I drink it out of a quart mason jar. Ok. ok. That's not at all right, is it? Relevant, relevant... ok. I love Hikaru no Go and Harry Potter and Jane Austen... really, anything from the Regency period is a favorite. I tend to really appreciate angsty young-adult dramas... I love the His Dark Materials trilogy, and am recently on a Twilight kick. My brother in law keeps making me read these um... i guess, fantasy(?) novels, and they've been fun. I read all the time. Not so much online, except now that I've found fan fiction I'm kind of stuck. So thanks for that. Here on Fanfiction, I read romantic, witty sorta smutty stories. I like 5000-50000 word counts a lot. Mostly. The long ones can be great... if they're well done. I can't stand reading things that aren't complete so I tend to skip over them. I like canon pairings and sometimes a little slashy fun. The first book i ever read was the first in the Boxcar Children series, and I recently re-read it, to my five-year-old, and it made me feel like an old woman. Though I'm not, so much. I'm 26 and have two kids and am married, quite happily. And... if you're reading this, it probably means I reviewed your story, which probably means I liked it, which probably means you're a fantastic writer! So good for you, and thanks! Oh, and I don't have a favorite list on here because I keep my very faves in my story alert section instead. And if I'm not going to read it again, I haven't really seen much of a point in keeping record of it. ok? xo |
