Tris is alive after Allegient. She survived in a coma. Tobias is left waiting for her to wake up, and trying to repair damaged connections. Tris, meanwhile is not really in a coma. She can hear and understand everything. What will happen when she wakes up?

Tris manages to survive being shot, but she clings to life by a thread on a deep coma. When the doctors threaten to pull her plug, Tobias takes her back to Chicago, and waits for her to wake up there. But what will happen in three years when she hasn't woke up? I do not own the Divergent trilogy or any of it's characters. If I did Peter would be dead, and Tris would be alive.
