Kono Kalakaua stared at the shattered, burnt remains of what was once Danny's car, wrapped around the base of a tree. She shook her head as her hand lightly touched a piece of the still warm, charred metal, she couldn't believe that Danny was really gone. "Do you really this was an accident?" she asked.

Steve McGarrett and Danny Williams have a fishing trip planned. Both of them were sure that it will go off without a hitch this time, not like last time when they ended up hand-cuffed on a vessel belonging to the Coast Guard. But they are wrong, while being out on open waters they run into trouble that will force both of them to fight for their lives.

When they had told him Steve needed a liver transplant, Danny didn't hesitate and donated a part of his liver to save Steve's life. They also warned him that there would be some discomfort after the operation but they didn't warn him the discomfort would feel like a white hot knife was being twisted in his guts. A potentially life changing injury to his partner has a certain Navy SEAL reevaluating how he does things and, even if Danny will be okay soon, sets the man on a path of revenge.

A collection of one shots mostly centered around Steve and Danny. No slash, just a combination of my two favorite things: bromance and whump. Maybe some humor thrown in depending on the story. I own nothing but the plot I came up with. Enjoy! Each chapter is its own stand alone story.

"Claustrophobia is not something you make fun of Steve," Danny had told him. If only Steve had listened... When a killer traps Danny and Steve in a cellar together, he learns the hard way just how unfunny claustrophobia is.

AU - High School McDanno. Danny's parents die and he and his siblings are shipped off to stay with a friend of their mother's in Hawaii, where they meet the McGarrett family.

Someone has kidnapped Danno and the only witness to the crime is seven year old Gracie - Can Steve get the information needed from the terrified child in time to save his partner?

"We can't make contact with the chopper... Something's wrong." Steve sends Danny back to headquarters in a chopper, and that's the last he sees of his partner. When the helicopter is hijacked up in the air, Danny has to find a way to make it back down alive.

When Danny goes missing, it's up to Steve and the rest of the five-0 team to find him. But when someone they know appears back on the island, and things start to fall into place, the team is forced to make a decision that may cost their friend his life.

Danny and Steve are involed in a car crash, it leads them to realise what good friends they've become, and teaches them both to let down barriers they'd put up, and learn to trust the friendships they have made in Five-0. No slash.

The message told Danny Williams to choose between his partner and his daughter, and Danny would do anything for Grace. Set mid-first-season. Rated T for the autopsy scene if nothing else.
