Although I think I'm not really interesting maybe some words. I'm a 24 year old uni student from Vienna, Austria, where I've been living since I have graduated. Originally I am from Munich, Germany. I like singing, reading, doing sports (you don't see that, though ;-) ) and I'm a sucker for Severus.

I've been thinking of creating an account here for quite a while, 'cause I thought it won't be worth it since I won't ever post anything written by myself. My writing sucks, I mean my narrative writing. I'm more the reporter type, I guess I can manage creating texts suitable for newspapers, but I'll leave the creative job to people who are really able to "create" something. And folks, let me tell you: I'm really envious of you lot who can write!

Still, I decided to create an account here to "collect and recommend" my favourite stories ;-) They're not many, but they're those which I think are definitely worth reading. I'm going to post some comments on those stories in case anybody is interested in my opinion, I think they can be quite helpful as there are so many fics out there.

Two of my favourite stories (those two I read very first) are from Airin:

Artistic Hands (Severus/Sirus)
Unfortunately they've been removed from ff.net due to these unlucky changes with NC 17 stories... I'll check whether she's posted them anywhere else. They're both great!

"Forbidden Love" is a Severus/Ginny story and I've to admit it got A LITTLE weird meanwhile, I've the impression it's seriously influenced by another author. Still at least the beginning is quite good, and for my part I'm interested in how it will turn out now that it's become so strange...

"Amy wins over her delicious Colonel Brandon" is a nice Sense&Sensibility vignette, funny!

I found a wonderful Snape/Hermione Story "A Matter of Honour", unfortunately it's not to be found on ff.net, still here goes the link:

"Brave new World" by Aashby is a wonderful Severus/OFC story. I'm not done yet (3 book´s) but I love it. Posted before OotP release there are some nice parallels. Aashby really was in that story, she obviously did lots of research and really put a lot of effort in it (see the layout of her homepage for example). Go and read it!

For those searching for lemons, go and read Veresna Usseps stories, especially "Love Labours, Paradise Lost". They are hot, I can tell you. Don't go and expect romance here, Snape is very in character. See my "favourite stories" for the links.

My favourite is Starlight's "It's a one time thing that happens a lot". I came across this wonderful fic quite by accident and when I started reading it I suffered serious lack of sleep due to some nights I read till early morning hours (just couldn't stop). Without wanting to spoil anything, if you're interested in Snape-Romance go and read it! It's very well written, everything is properly developed, it has a great plotline and an adorable OC! Starlight actually started a sequel (beginning with chapter 25) which is as interesting as the original story. I strongly recommend reading that one!
