Gwen remembered the story of the Cult of Ichor from her childhood. They were a cult that wanted to drink the blood of immortals to make themselves stronger, but they had been wiped out by a First Cohort raid. When the goddess Ceres disappears, the cult is suspected to have returned. Now, Gwen must go on a mission with two other centurions to find the cult and wipe it out.

Like a sheet being spread out over a mattress, the tunnel collapsed. Clint could still hear the bombs going off deep in the mountain, the only hint at something dark and sinister in the otherwise serene landscape of the Rockies. He had never felt so helpless in his life, so small. He wanted to dig into the rock, but it was so futile. They're dead. There is no surviving that.

Revenge has existed since time began. It is the thing that fueled Ouranos when he returned. Reyna has been told multiple times that she is the one who will stop him. Bobbi Morse makes her first up-close-and-personal tough call in the field, and it leaves her haunted when she returns to S.H.I.E.L.D. Her S.O. determines a logical solution: short-term mentorship under a higher-level agent. "She has many names. But you know her as Natasha Romanoff." (Or, Natasha teaches Mockingbird about being human, being a weapon, and what it is to be both.)

"She's in a cage, and she's Ultron's prisoner. Screw that. She is Natasha Freaking Romanoff, and she is not the damsel in distress, wailing and weeping in the clutches of Tony's aptly named Murderbot, waiting for the Boys Club to come save her."
