But when Victoria Chase, stubborn as always, does not rewind like everyone else, Max realises she can't fix that. And does she really want to?

My version of what happens to Max and Chloe after they leave Arcadia Bay (the story is better than the summary).

For her senior year, Max decides to return to her roots in small town Arcadia Bay, hoping that she can finally make something of herself. Unfortunately, it's not as easy as she had imagined. The quiet town she left behind five years ago isn't at all what it seems to be... and either are the people she encounters. (SLOW BURN Highschool AU with light Pricefield, heavy Chasefield.)

An AU in which Kate developed a rebellious streak at an early age and left Christianity. By the time she arrives at Blackwell, she's found a home in Wicca. In a twist of fate, she develops a relationship with Victoria Chase, of all people, and begins to learn that magic is more real than she ever could have imagined.

After encouragement from Nathan, Victoria attempts to confess to her part in Kate's problems. Feeling that a confession isn't enough, Victoria apologise personally to Kate, with unexpected results.

Max Caulfield never asked for any of this, but now she has to live with herself. And that's the most difficult thing she'll ever have to do. (A series of drabbles in which Max finds closure, and helps others find it, too)

Set after the ending of episode 4, Max is rescued from the Dark Room but her life will never be the same, Chloe is gone. Broken and hopeless Max struggles to find the strength to continue.
