Starts as parody of the formula most independant!Harry stories follow. Overly friendly Goblins, Manipulative Dumbledore, a shopping trip, a will from Sirius etc... Then it gets weird.

COMPLETE. In the heat of the battle, he swore a blood oath to defeat Voldemort in every form. But when you factor in his understanding and abilities to travel to alternate dimensions, it presented the sort of problem only a Harry Potter could have.

Fudge discovers what a bad mistake he's made when he brings in Harry for trial after Harry defeats Voldemort. Bad both for himself, and perhaps for the entire Wizarding World. Oops, forgot disclaimer: Not mine, JKR's!

This is my response to the Marriage Law challenge after hearing about it and reading some stories... and thinking about what MY reaction would have been if I was Harry. Oneshot, complete with epilogue.

What if Dumbledore allowed one abuse too many to be heaped upon Harry Potter? I don't think the wizarding world will like the result.
