I was born and raised in Lima, Peru, and at an early age I discovered my passion for the practice of medicine. I traveled to the United States as a young man to pursue my dream of becoming a physician. Soon after graduating from Georgetown Medical School, I received my common surgery training in Cleveland, Ohio, then completed my plastic surgery coaching in Houston, Texas.
