New to FF.net, yes I am. But only as in being an actual member. I've been coming here for a number of years to read Star Trek TOS fanfic. I generally haven't giving reviews, since I've never been sure of how they would react, especially those who are cosnidered the cream of the crop in the business of the writing area, when I have no stories posted anywhere. Now I figured what the heck, I do like a number of the writers and stories that pass thru here and thought why not let them know that they are appreciated for their time. So I will from now on, as much as I can.

Right off you can tell I am a Kirk fan. Major Kirk fan. In order, 1. Kirk. 2. Kirk and then 3. McCoy. I'm not saying I don't like the others, and respectfully I know there are many, really man, many Spock, and family fans out there, but lately it seems everywhere you look there are Spock stories to the point of being beaten into the ground and the other two main characters as well as the others have been a little more neglected. But I still have always been a Kirk fan even when the show started out. Yes, I am that old. Old enough to say I remember when Star Trek premiered and far enough back to recall listening to J.F.K. talking about man landing on the moon. Yes, in the eyes of many of you I'm old. But I still love Star Trek, and the stories that those who take the time and and the effort to put together for the rest of us to read!
