Smoker, outlawed by the marines, convinces Vegapunk to send him back in time so he can undo all the damage done to the world. Years in the past, he decides to ally himself with the fledgling Straw Hat crew to protect the civilians he failed as a marine. Law once said that the Straw Hats left sheer miracles in their wake- and right now Smoker needed all the miracles he could get.

The shock that follows should be funny, if not for the fact that they're near a den den and that the Straw Hats' has a hand in destroying yet another town.

When a few of the Straw Hat crew get annoyed with Luffy's constant chatter, they decide to put an end to it. But maybe telling him to 'shut up' wasn't a very good idea... A job that's not a job and a stolen item that can never be given back. Luffy was an abandoned child taken in by a gang/mafia. He ended up becoming the pet to the boss who had saved him from the streets. Luffy wants out and a man with white hair seems to be just the one to help him. But who is this man that wants to know exactly who Luffy is, and why does he seem not to trust him.
