I am a mass effect buff ( to a Point) as well as 15, my main story i am currently working on is based on a splinter faction of the human race that leaves the allience almost as soon as the first contact war comes to a close in a set of systems far flung from anything aside from the Com-nets and relays,

After the Harmony Coalition becomes implanted into the constilation, they find a massive prothean data hive, instead of contacting the council the Coalition exploits the data hive, making them in tech standards more advanced than the council races. This picks up as a 15 year old Prodigy becomes leader of the Coalition ( His father was the prime minister) begins to piece together the reaper threat and pulls the prothean beacon mind fracking.

This story includes elements of most the DLC/ lore ive played or picked up

DLCs to be included: From Ashes, Bring down the sky, The arrival, Certain parts of the Extended cut, and while it is still in delevopment the leviathan DLC ( possible rouge reaper thing)
