A Rojixan fox named Kavo rescues a slave named Brii from an auction. After escaping, she returns with him to the Guild he's a member of, where they both begin to question if it is really a life worth living. During their journeys across Kalresh, they both begin to re-evaluate what they want out of life, and why.
