Hi! I’m Kara, (care-a, not car-a) and that’s what I go by even though some people insist on calling me karabou (which I use for my pen name because I like it but I don’t like people calling me it to my face) or karebear (which I absolutely cannot stand).

I started watching criminal minds by accident when my friend and I ran out of general hospitals to watch when she was still trying (and failing) to get me addicted to every single soap opera she has ever watched. We watched it (it was the episode with Lila and Reid kissing in the pool) and I completely fell in love! Now I’m addicted!I think Spencer Reid is the most adorable, sexy, nerdy person ever, and he is my absolute favorite on the show. I love his shy, awkward, sexy little smile, and his awkwardness is so cute.

I’m kind of a TV addict, and I have no idea how I have time to fit all my shows in; what with all the practice and school I also have to put in my schedule. But somehow I manage and still am able to get a decent amount of sleep every night, unless I find a new fanfic that I cant go to sleep until I finish it.

My wall is pretty much completely covered in posters and my family frequently asks me where the wall went…they’re just jealous they don’t have awesome posters or obsessions like I do.

I love writing; and I’ll write whatever gets in my mind and won’t go away. I envision scenes in my novels and fan fictions while I’m at practice, and I write them when I get home. I have more ideas than I have time to write and would much rather write fiction than a boring English essay, which I don’t get the best grades on… :(

I am completely and utterly addicted to Harry Potter. It is by far the best thing ever written, and I think JK Rowling shouldn’t write any more books because nothing can ever top Harry Potter. I don’t read many HP fics because I like the way she wrote them and really don’t think they should be changed.

I’m kind of a hopeless romantic, and I envision all these adorable love scenes that no guy could ever actually live up to. Every guy in my crazy twisted mind is perfect, and sadly most of the guys at my school fail to live up to my expectations. But that’s not just me, the people in general at my school just kind of suck.

As for my school…well I’m a junior, I just finished my sophomore year and I AM HALFWAY DONE WITH HIGH SCHOOL! Whoo! Almost out of this horrible city!

Some of my favorite movies are Harry Potter (of course), Mamma Mia, Phantom of the Opera, Despicable Me, and honestly I’ll watch pretty much everything and love it unless its horror, which I really cant stand (it gives me nightmares…).

I'm kind of scatterbrained, and sometimes I feel that I'd lose my head if it wasn't attached to my shoulders. I spend half my life looking for things I just had a second ago, and whenever I talk on the phone it usually ends with me freaking out because I can't find my phone...yeah not my proudest moments, but that's me! :) I know I can be a loser at times, but I'm a proud loser, and that's all that matters! I usually don't care what people think of me, and my friends have all learned to just accept my hyper weirdness. Like other authors here, I'm looking to improve on my writing, so if there's any critique or suggestion in regards to it, feel free to let me know. :)
