I'm not the terror that flaps in the night. I'm not the mouth-breathing fan who thinks that everything that ever existed is "kewl". I'm not the "loved it, write more" sheep review. I don't talk about my politics or any other sensitive information. All you really need to know is that I'm someone who likes good stories. If I give you a review, it will be honest feedback.

I may be inclined to drop a few things into the pool of fanfiction. I tend to do the following things:

1. I do believe in happy endings--at least, for a given value of "happy." The bad guy doesn't win, anyway. (Update: For those of you who read the first version of "Royal Gratitude", I sincerely apologize. It's updated with a happier ending now.)

2. I do my research. If you're writing anything deeper than a crack fic, you should, too.

3. I don't care for badly-written OCs, gratuitously-upgraded canon characters, coffee shop or high school AUs and canon characters who are written stupidly OOC without any good reason.

4. I respect your right to pair whomever with whomever, even if I do not agree with the pairing. Please do not attempt to proselytize the supposed virtues of your pairing or denounce my dislike of your pairing.

5. I don't believe that a popular story is always a good story.

I may drop a story or two here.
