This account only exists to help victims of Critics United.

Where I live there is this guy who has nothing better to do than to run around town and write up parking violations. He became famous when he wrote up a rescue helicopter for "parking" on a market place.

Are the cars parked where they shouldn't be parked? Yes.

Is it this guy's job to do something about it? No.

Nobody likes him and even the police is pretty annoyed with him. He has reported about 50k parking violations so far and he just won't stop.

CU does the same. They are self-proclaimed sheriffs nobody wants.

So this is what I'm going to do, I'm going to shoot their victims the following message:

Hello,

this might be a bit random but I saw that you're targeted by Critics United.

Don't let them scare you, they are no officials of this site and they don't have the power to take your story down. Yes, they can (and will) report you but that's all they can do. As far as I can tell, the admins don't care about this site any more, chances are very high that they won't even read the reports but make backups of your work just in case.

The only stories they manage to get taken down are the ones they scare the author into taking them down themselves.

Don't argue with the members of CU and don't complain on their forum, they will run verbally circles around you until you look like the bad one. Just block them and move on, don't feed the trolls.

Writing is fun, don't let those people take that away from you.
