1- Sune Bunshin no jutsu [Sand Clone]

The user creates a clone of themselves from sand. Is dispersed when hit.

2- Suna Kawari no jutsu [Sand Substitution]

The user replaces themselves with a bit of sand to avoid an attack.

3- Suna Muchi no jutsu [Sand Whip]

User creates a long whip of sand that is abrasive to the skin.

4- Kawaiteiru Kaze no jutsu [Dry Wind]

Sand and wind are used to blind the enemy. Vision is cut moderately.

5- Gufuu Shougekiha

(Tornado Shockwave) By focusing chakra, user is able to expand the air pressure around his/her punches and kicks to send the opponent flying backwards from a gust of wind.

6- Daisan no Me

A Ninjutsu technique where the ninja uses sand to create an eye through which they can clearly see without fear of being seen. Perfect for spying or collecting information, or targeting an opponent while guarding them self with a wall-defense.

7- Suna Wana no jutsu [Sand Trap]

User creates quicksand under the opponent to capture them. Sand can harden after, making it hard to escape.

Cons: Easy to avoid if detected early.

8- Suna Hyoushi
(Sand Binding) Using chakra to control nearby sand, the user creates extremely long but thin tendrils of sand that vaguely resemble whips. The tendrils of sand can be used to either lash out at the opponent, or can wrap themselves around the torsos or limbs of opponents to temporarily immobilize them.
Cons: When used to capture opponents, the speed of the tendrils is rather slow, making them easy to avoid in frontal assaults.

9- Suna Ryoshi [Sand Hunter]
Large towers of sand that erupt from beneath the opponent. If they dodge, more spike towers emerge. Spikes stay after creation.

Personality: He is quiet and depressed doesn’t talk to anyone unless its about business

Bio: Tes was raised in the Hidden Village of Sand, and trained heavily in Ninjutsu, When trying out for the Chunin Exams, his father refused to let him fight during the final round. This made Tes angry, He went through with the exams and ended up torturing and killing his opponent out of anger of his father. After disobeying his father, his father killed his mother, and tried to kill him, but Tes suffocated him before he got the chance, this caused him to be all alone traveling the lands marked as a rouge ninja. He means very little harm and is just trying to make his way, but he mourns the loss of his mother, and vows to take it out on anyone in his way.

Summon:

Mechanical Bird (Messenger) - He uses this to message people secretly about jobs or of his location, Its quicker and safer for him to use the bird rather then travel by foot.

1) His attacks are all long or midrange, he is very bad in hand to hand combat.

Special Ninjutsu:

1- Raiton: Yaiba no Jutsu (Lightning Release: Blade Technique)
Description: This skill allows the user to charge chakra in the form of electricity in the palm. Then, the chakra eventually works up to the fingers, where a blade of electricity is formed between the index and middle finger. The blade is very thin, and depending on the user's chakra, anywhere from 8 inches to a foot long. It is around 2 to 3 inches wide, and it lacks a hilt. The blade is held between the fingers, but as soon as it is let go, the blade vanishes into thin air. The strength of this blade isn't as strong as a normal blade, as it is nowhere as dense or as heavy. But because the blade is very thin, it is capable of doing some major damage, if used properly. However, this blade can also hurt the user, anywhere except for the fingers where the blade is held.

2- Dendou Kariyou no Jutsu (Electric Overdose Technique)
Description: The user takes one post to channel a large amount of electricity into a limb, making the chakra visible. Upon contact with the opponent, the electricity is shot into him and the target’s weight almost doubles, making it harder for the victim to move.

3- Kumo Tate no Jutsu (Cloud Shield Technique)
Description: After flashing a series of hand seals the shinobi uses chakra to condense the air immediately in front of him into a thick, chakra-embedded barrier made of cloud. These barrier blocks particular weapon attacks that are coming straight ahead, and will also block ninjutsu-based projectiles that are at the same power as the shield.

4- Dendou Bakuhatsu no Jutsu (Electric Detonation Technique)
Descriptions: Flashing a number of Hand seals the user causes all lightning bunshins that are under his specific control to explode into a burst of electricity, shocking anyone that happens to be near them.

5- Raiton: Yusuburu Kasugai no Jutsu (Lightning Release: Jolt Clamp)
Description: The user turns their chakra into electrical current and grab the opponent, sending a jolt of electricity into the opponent, temporarily paralyze an area of muscle.

6- Dendou Hari Hirogari no Jutsu (Electric Needle Spread Technique)
Description: Generally used as a ranged defensive maneuver when a Cloud-nin wishes to hit multiple targets in front of him. First, he begins to grow electricity-based needles all over the front area of his body. Anyone using a taijutsu on him, between now and when he attacks, from the front side will get a slight sting, attacking from the sides or from the back is still effective however. Once the needles have grown the user then flashes one hand seal and all the electric needles launch themselves in a front spreading maneuver towards anyone in their way. Anyone who is hit by the needles receives a nasty shock and slight numbness to the afflicted part.

Personality: He is very mad and angry about his past, this causes him to get pleasure out of the people he kills.

Bio: Not much is known about Nix, he was found as a baby outside the Hidden Steel Village. He was raised by a small family until they were killed by a Rouge Ninja, from then on Nix was forced to train on his own at the age of 8, He worked hard his whole life. His main goal is to find the Rouge Ninja who killed his guardians and slowly and painfully kill him as payback, his only leads are he has a scar on the right side of his temple. He now hunts for the one rogue ninja who killed his parents, On the down side for him to be able to leave and hunt on his own he had to become a rouge ninja himself.

Weaknesses:

1) He has very little Chakra this is a big problem for him because if his shots aren't accurate it will all be for nothing

2) He has to hunt down and kill every rouge ninja, its hard to track them down and try to stay away from being hunted by Anbu blackops.
